Good or Bad Thing

Whether shyness and social anxiety is good or bad? Is there any shyness and social anxiety system proven? For a lot of people are shy, it is a difficult question to answer. They do not know whether it would be better to accept themselves as they are, or to try and change the way they are. This was a struggle for many hard to find out.

In this article I will give you both sides of the issue so you can take your own decisions. If you decide that the shame is something that you want to address, then I will give you some resources at the bottom of this article to get started doing it.

Before I get into the cons of shame, let's look at some of the good stuff that comes with a sense of shame, the first is more time alone to do whatever you like. If you are shy, You have plenty of time for each activity you wish to do a solitary, including reading, drawing, writing, thinkingand so on. You don't have to compromise to other people and do something that you are not so enthusiastic. Shyness also allows you to be more keenly interested in the hobby that you may have. Many people shy feel they can get a very good in playing their favorite video games because they have so much time to practice.

On the other hand, there are also a lot of bad things about being shy. The largest is lonely. You may begin to feel isolated from others if you are too shy to make at least a few friends. If you are very shy, then you may not be able to ask that girl or guy you are interested in. You may also be refused a lot of opportunities to go out and have fun because you're afraid to meet new people. You will not be able to enjoy as much.You will find it more difficult to find work and connect with your coworkers. Overall,your life will be more independent from the others. Many people are ashamed also has insecurities and low self-esteem. Shame makes you more, on both the outside and inside.

In short, the main benefit of shame more time free, downside is that you may have no one to spend time with. Now that you know the benefits and disadvantages to being shy, will You choose to accept it or try to solve it? The choice is up to you.
